1. Delivery & Pre-Orders

• Orders, including pre-orders, are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 working days once the magazine is in stock.

• We ship to addresses worldwide.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or held parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Returns & Refunds

• All sales of FUMES Magazine are final once dispatched.

• Due to the nature of printed magazines, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

• If your magazine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt including photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

• We do not cover postage costs for returns unless the magazine is confirmed faulty or damaged.

3. Cancellation

• Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once a magazine has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Liability

• FUMES Magazine is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use the magazine.

• Our total liability is limited to the value of the magazine purchased.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting any content (“Content”) to FUMES, you agree to the following:

1. Your Work & Rights

You always retain ownership of your work.

By submitting, you confirm that:

• the Content is your own work, or you have full rights to submit it;

• it does not infringe any copyright, privacy, trademark, or third-party rights;

• you have permission for anything or anyone shown in the Content where required.

2. How We Use Your Work

Our goal is to showcase and promote your work across FUMES.

By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to:

• use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and archive your Content;

• feature it in our print magazine;

• share it across digital platforms (including social media and our website);

• include it in promotional materials and future formats as FUMES grows.

This means:

• you can still use your work anywhere else;

• we can continue to feature and archive your work once submitted, including in print and past issues.

3. Selection & Publishing

Submission does not guarantee publication.

We may:

• publish, edit, or not publish your Content at our discretion.

4. Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for the Content you submit.

If any claim is made against us as a result of your submission, you agree to fully indemnify FUMES for any losses, costs, or legal fees.

5. Payment

Submissions are voluntary and unpaid unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

FUMES AI Policy

At FUMES Magazine, we value authenticity and creativity. To protect the integrity of the content we publish, we have a strict AI policy:

1. No AI-Generated Content

   • Full AI-generated images, videos, or other assets are not allowed.

   • Submissions must be created by the contributor themselves.

2. AI for Enhancement Only

   • AI tools may be used strictly for minor enhancements, such as color correction, exposure adjustments, or sharpening.

   • AI must not be used to create or alter content in ways that change the subject, location, or any identifiable person or vehicle.

3. Prohibited Uses of AI

   • Creating entire assets from scratch.

   • Altering people, vehicles, locations, or other core elements of the content.

   • Changing the intent, scene, or story of the original submission.

4. Responsibility and Compliance

   • Contributors are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with this policy.

   • Any content found to violate this policy may be rejected or removed without notice.

5. Purpose

   • This policy ensures that FUMES continues to showcase genuine creativity and real-world automotive culture, preserving the trust and authenticity of our publication.
